About Callum
Originally dreaming of a professional rugby league career, Callum Robson didn’t follow the traditional path to the WSL Championship Tour.
As a youngster, footy was the focus until his dad took him on a surfing trip to Indonesia, that changed everything.
He left school to start a carpentry apprenticeship, which laid the foundation for his strong work ethic and discipline, while building his drive to pursue a career in the water.
His late pivot to professional surfing has made for a rapid ascent, breaking onto the CT in 2022 as the youngest surfer on tour, finishing top 10 in his rookie year.
Now 23 years old, Callum has a holistic approach to performance, developing a powerful brand of surfing, through targeted training and preparation.
Staying true to his roots, he wears the number 6 jersey as a nod to his journey to the surfing world stage.
